Phase I:  Reconstruction and Restoration of the Exterior.  Made possible by a North Central Health Services Capital Grant, administered by the Tippecanoe Arts Federation, in the amount of $150,625.92.  Completed in August 2016.

Summer Chase Construction begins digging on a warm day in January 2016. The foundation was poured on January 8, 2016.
