Adam is the official poet of the Indianapolis 500, and serves as the Vice President of Southern Fried Poetry, Inc., which hosts one of the longest running poetry slam festivals in the world. He has one book of poetry, "Written in the Dish Pit," published by Chatter House Press. This year Adam will be celebrating the 200th anniversary of the publication of Frankenstein as a part of the Indiana Humanities Speakers Bureau, and will be performing monstrous poems all over the state of Indiana.
Seventeen people brought lawn chairs and blankets to the Flora Depot for FrankenSlam! The event was held in conjunction with the evening Farmers Market in downtown Flora, and special merchant events and sales.
